So far it has seemingly works well had pain in my opposite bycep from the wrist I had the bracelet on and switched wrists and a few hours later the pain was gone.
The pin adjuster I received was of cheap material and will not push pins out to adjust

Comfortable and handsome piece
Manufacturing is of high quality and appearance is great. Did find 5 magnets that were weaker than others after checking all with a small screwdriver. Doubt if this is a serious problem with the bracelets overall effectiveness though. Changing links is a snap with the tool provided. Some relief of joint pain noted already.
